There are not a lot of amenities here and that’s why it’s only $220 per month ...does have a great pool and two in ground hot tubs all mineral water. The pool is getting totally redone in august 2022. There are many activities here if you want to participate in that. This is a 9 month park not year around you decide what three months you won’t be here. Most people leave June, July, August. It does get and stay in high 90’s low 100’s during those months. You will need to be approved by the Board.
