Deborah Dervartanian grew up right here in our home of Orange County. In 2021, she graduated from Biola University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Deborah brings a multitude of experience with innovative design, social media, digital and direct marketing from the past 4 years in-house to The Boutique. With a personal passion for real estate and aesthetic, she is thrilled to cultivate The Boutique’s unique marketing through design.

Deborah is committed to creating a progressive environment for our team and our clients. Her effective communication, thoughtful conversation, and a positive attitude is her recipe for success. She is excited to use her gift of relationship building to help clients in any way she can, anticipating their needs and being one step ahead at all times.

Outside of the office, Deborah has a passion for health and fitness. She enjoys the beach, hiking, yoga, baking with family and friends, and going on walks with her two golden retrievers!
