Cynthia Herrada was born and raised in Mexico City. As a newlywed, her husband got transferred to South Carolina for a new job. Since then she has lived in four states from East to West and North to South. Over the course of her lifetime, she has moved nine times and has been on both sides of a real estate transaction as a buyer and seller. She completely understands all about the anxiety of moving and the unknown that a new home brings but also has been blessed to experience the priceless benefits of owning a home. As she moved to each new home, her interest for real estate started growing, until she had a great desire to help those that were feeling the same anxiety when making the big step of buying or selling a home. She believes in listening to all of a client’s needs and enjoys educating prospective sellers and buyers. Cynthia feels that homeowners have that best experience purchasing a home when her clients understand real estate transactions as it minimizes the stress and confusion that buying a home may entail.

She graduated from La Salle University as a Public Accountant. While in college she worked for Ernst & Young Accounting Firm, Agilent, and other private companies. She started many entrepreneur projects while raising her 4 children. Cynthia loves spending time with her family, whether it’s going on bike rides, enjoying a day at Disneyland, spending time at the beach, or watching a sporting event. There’s not a moment of quiet at her home. She loves to dance, enjoys going to concerts, and is very passionate about running. She has run 5Ks,10Ks, a marathon, and countless Ragnar Relays. She says it is the best free therapy. She is also very active in her church and loves serving the community.
